their existing office at Alexandria.
Works
included:
- Extending the level 1 office by 200m²
- Refurbishing the existing ground and
first floor office.
- Installation of new energy efficent
mechanical and lighting service
- Complete new office fitout works,
workstations and joinery
- Amenities area refurbishment
- Accessible toilet facilities
- Installation of an accessible lift
- BCA and DDA building upgrades.
The works were complete under a
construction management agreement and
completed on time and under budget.
